2.1 Before Sample Collection
● Full Refund: You can cancel your order for a full refund if the cancellation is made before the DNA sample collection kit has been shipped. Please contact our customer service team at (910)338-9686 or sandldnamobileservices@gmail.com to initiate the cancellation.
2.2 After Sample Collection Kit Has Been Shipped
● Partial Refund: If you wish to cancel your order after the DNA sample collection kit has been shipped but before the sample has been collected, you may be eligible for a partial refund. A fee of $50.00 will be deducted to cover shipping and handling costs.
2.3 After Sample Collection
● No Refund: Once the DNA sample has been collected and sent back to our laboratory, cancellations are not possible, and no refunds will be issued. This is due to the personalized nature of the testing and the irreversible processing costs incurred.
